Please read the terms of this Term of Service Agreement Yuzol.com carefully. By using the website – www.Yuzol.com, or any other electronic device or the mobile site, or purchasing products from the Platform you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement governs your use of this Platform, use of the trade name – Yuzol, offer of products for purchase on this Platform, and / or your purchase of products available on this Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any person including any natural or legal person who uses the Platform or buys any product from the Platform using any computer systems or other devices including but not limited to any mobile device, handheld device and tablets.

Yuzol reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time by posting such amendments or the amended Agreement on this Platform. Yuzol may alert you of the amendments by indicating on the top of this Agreement the date it was last revised or by any other means. The amended Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on this Platform. Your use of the Platform following the posting of any such amendments will constitute continued acceptance of the Agreement including the amendments thereof.

Yuzol encourages you to review this Agreement whenever you visit the Platform to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions governing the use of the Platform and / or the purchase of products. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with Yuzol for other products or services. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any other agreement executed with you, the terms of such other agreement shall prevail in relation to the subject matter thereof.

To pay extra cost claimed by Yuzol in the case of redelivery due to wrong name or address or any other wrong information provided while booking order.

To use Yuzol site to transact for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulation.

To access the services made available on www.yuzol.comand to transact business at my own risk after using best and prudent judgement as a well-informed Customer.

Eligibility

Persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act 1872 are only eligible to use this platform. If you are under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a user and shall not transact on or use the platform. Parents or Legal Guardians can transact or use the platform on behalf of Minor. Yuzol reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse access to the platform upon acquiring actual knowledge that you are under the age of 18 years. By using this platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content and materials on the platform in connection with your normal, non-commercial, use of the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express written authorization from Yuzol.

Products

Terms of Offer: This platform offers for sale of various food products. By placing an order for products through this platform, you agree to outline in this agreement.

Customer Solicitation: Unless you notify in writing us, of your intention to opt out from further direct and indirect marketing communications and solicitations, you are agreeing to continue receiving emails, calls, and messages through another medium which Yuzol may adopt from time to time including but not limited to text messages for soliciting products.

Opt-Out Procedure: You may choose to opt out of receiving future marketing communications by the following steps below.

1. You may also choose to opt out, via sending your email address to our official id.
2. You may send a written remove request to Yuzol official address.
3. Proprietary Rights: Yuzol has Proprietary rights and trade secrets in the products. You shall not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any product manufactured or distributed by Yuzol. We also have rights to all trademarks and trade dress and specific layouts of this Webpage, including the call to action, text placement, images, and other information.

Ordering and Pricing

The quantity of any product ordered by you and the quantity of any product supplied to you may vary. There may be excess quantity when ordering a particular product. For example, the Steak version of a particular fish may have some variance in the final weight, given the fact it is hard to cut a fish into an exact weight without damaging the shape of the Steak piece.

Prices displayed for all the products on the Yuzol website/app exclude GST. Therefore, the price displayed for your order will be based on the weight, description, and the products ordered by you. However, the actual amount charged to you will be based on the actual amount or quantity of products delivered to you. Prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, any excess amount paid by you shall be refunded to you and mode of refund shall be determined by Yuzol. Any additional amount that you are liable to pay, shall be collected at the time of delivery of the product.

Pictures and Colours

Yuzol has made every effort to display the products and its colours on the website accurately as possible. Yuzol does guarantee nor not take any responsibility for variations in pictorial representations.

Modification

Prices for our products are subject to change into notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the products.

When a registered customer accesses the Yuzol website he or she is deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms and Conditions on the site.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Yuzol reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit/debit card, and or orders that use the same billing. If we make a change to or cancel at, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This platform originates from the Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This agreement will be governed by the Laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the state of Tamil Nadu.

As a Customer, I hereby agree upon to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Yuzol, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon my actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Yuzol or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or concerning the non-fulfilment of any obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service to other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. The terms of this provision will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement or your use of the platforms or Products.
